Great service and purchase experience

What do you give someone who's celebrating a 100th birthday? Not another chachki to hang on the wall. So when our aunt celebrated her 100th this Valentine's Day we decided on a gift basket. We live in the US and our aunt is in Winnipeg so we went scouting around online and found Hazelton's. Couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. It arrived on time, well packaged and was just as pictured online. Canada Post even takes a picture of the delivery which the sender can access. Thank you Hazelton's. We give you five stars.

I use gift delivery services quite often so when I googled beer gift baskets, Hazeltons came up. They had a great gift that included snacks, a beer flight board with 4 full size glasses and 5 different beers all of which I knew my man loves. It was such good value for the quality compared to many other companies I’ve tried. I would definitely buy from them again. He loved it too!

First delivery was terrible. However am so happy and grateful that you made it right. Although late, my niece and nephew loved them

The bear is very soft and lovely. A couple of things were messed up with this order unfortunately, one was I requested a delivery date of Feb 14; you delivered it Feb 12. All dark chocolate was not on the strawberries at all, it cracked off. The white chocolate was cracked but for the most part it stayed on the strawberries.
I can’t seem to attach a picture so you could see the mess your delivery choice made of the item. Anyway the strawberries were fresh which was nice. A bit of shortening added during tempering the dark chocolate might help when you ship it.

Although there were delays and other issues with delivery, resulting from major inclement weather and the quality of postal services, the gift was well received and enjoyed. Staff at Hazelton's were extremely helpful and provided timely updates regarding delivery issues.

The recipient of the champagne we ordered was thrilled. We have used Hazeltons on a couple of occasions and we are very pleased with the quality of items and how easy it is to order. I would highly recommend.

Every year we send our grandson a valentine gift even though we all live in Toronto. He gets excited when something arrives just for him. This year he got the Heart Mini Tin.
It was a big hit.

I ordered the Bright Day Succulent Arrangement as a birthday gift. It all looks wonderful online but arrived with the bowl/pot broken and the succulents uprooted. Totally get it that these things happen, but when I reached out to customer service and sent them photos of how it arrived, I was quite disappointed with the response. I asked for a replacement gift to be delivered (consistent with similar situations and comparable companies), and the Customer Service Supervisor was quite officious and replied to my emails several times with the same response of “well, you should have paid for a different type of shipping”. No apologies from this person that I recall (maybe a half hearted one at the beginning.) The final offer was a credit for half of what I paid for the gift (I paid $99.99 without tax). This is the first time ordering from your company and doubtful I will return. Perhaps the Customer Service team needs more training?

Came on time during the biggest snow storm and is still gorgeous 7 days later.

Boundless Cheer Flowers & Champagne Gift

Doesn't take good close up photos when they are wilted. Shipping delayed over the weekend and delivered Monday instead of Friday. Macaroons were good apparently.

My mother was over the moon about the package. She felt incredibly spoiled.
