General Inquiries

We search out all variety of craft beers sourced directly from Ontario breweries.

No, we love all beers at The Hops Collective, and anything from a West Coast-Style IPA to a rich Oatmeal Stout can be found among our monthly offerings.

The quantity of beer varies with each club, however the six beer club includes approximately 3.5 liters of beers, and the twelve beer club typically includes 7 liters.

We process and ship each month’s collection of beers on the first Monday of the month. Delivery times will vary depending on your exact location, but will arrive at most destinations within the following week.

Payment and Order Inquiries

The Hops Collective accepts most major credit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, and all associated payment methods through them. The Hops Collective offers multi-month orders, and ongoing subscriptions. Ongoing subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis. Multi-month orders are processed as a one time payment.

Of course, subscriptions with The Hops Collective make excellent gifts! Please ensure your recipient is of legal drinking age in their respective region.

We are happy to ship anywhere within North America, however depending on your location delivery times will be extended. Please note you must be over the age of majority in your respective region, and a person over the age of majority must be present to receive the order. ID may be required. It should be noted that if you are located outside of Ontario or New Jersey, it is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure they are legally allowed to import our products from a different province or state.

If you’d like to cancel a prepaid multi-month subscription, we encourage you to give us a call and speak to a representative. Cancelling a month-to-month subscription should be done before the 20th of the preceding month, to ensure you are not charged for the next month.
